The mattress is based on a three-zone natural latex block, which provides support for the spine and maintains its correct position during sleep, as well as provides pleasant relaxing anatomic comfort. The "Comfort" mattress has two sides of hardness. One side offers gentle support, the other firm. For body tone training, use the opportunity to alternate between the soft and hard side periodically!
